Hello, I’m Sophia, as a Registered Health Care Worker, I’ve been providing seniors with exceptional care for 16 years.
As owner/operator of South Island Home Care, I lead a team of B.C. licensed practitioners who are delighted to offer the same caring and empathetic health care that seniors in the South Island/Greater Victoria area have come to expect and appreciate from me and my Team.
Planning care for yourself or aging loved ones can be a stressful process. It takes years of experience to really understand the important needs of the aging or disabled.
This is precisely why I offer all potential clients a Personalized Care Plan Consultation. During our free consultation, I will help you focus on what’s most important, using my years of experience managing the unique needs of many clients.
